This physician will join an employed physician group of over 600 physicians in Greenfield, IN.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in a health pavilion in Greenfield, IN.

· Outpatient only

· No OB

· Shared call schedule

· 20-25 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, IN

· Pavilion setting that also includes an imaging center, full lab services and physical therapy and rehab

· Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Licensure & Certifications

· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

· Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
