Cost Accountant Opportunity in Greendale, IN! Adecco is seeking a skilled Cost Accountant for an exciting opportunity in Greendale, IN!

Pay Rate: $34 - $38 per hour, based on experience.

• 6+ month assignment, temp-to-hire

Shift:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end closing: journal entries, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Automate reporting with ERP systems for accuracy and efficiency.

• Support product routings, special costing projects, and provide timely reports to management.

• Analyze and report on product variances, identifying causes and solutions.

• Additional duties include financial analysis and forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5 years of Cost Accounting/General Accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.

• Understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment.
