In Warren/Plainfield (UNION COUNTY) NJ: Our client - boutique law practice specializing in estate planning, business planning, taxation, estate administration and elder law - is searching for a Jr. Legal Assistant to support the team on a contract, and potentially contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be comfortable editing legal documents (document production, with training), following up with end clients, and support general legal issues for a Sr. Attorney that does estate planning, wills, trusts, corporate issues and real estate matters, etc. for the areas high-net worth clientele. REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILL SET

• Ability to commute to WARREN/PLAINFIELD (in Union County) NJ, daily.

• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software

• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars effectively

• Experience in Legal Administrative mattters

• Some exposure to handling Trusts and Estates (Wills, etc.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
