We are offering an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients as a Bookkeeper in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities within the financial field, including account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and data entry. The selected candidate will be a key player in maintaining our financial records, including credits and debits, and ensuring the accuracy of our financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of bookkeeping for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment and invoicing

• Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions and resolve any discrepancies

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to input data and maintain financial records

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately reported

• Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management

• Use excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills to maintain accurate customer credit records

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Should have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Must have expertise in Bank Reconciliations

• Skilled in Bookkeeping

• Should be adept at Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary

• Must have knowledge in using QuickBooks software
