Job Title: Backend Developer

Location: Green Bay, WI (Hybrid)

Salary: $75,000 to $110,000/year DOE

Robert Half is currently seeking an ambitious Backend Developer for a Direct Hire role with our client in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who exhibits initiative, productivity, and a strong sense of urgency to meet project deadlines, while developing new solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions within the ERP system that align with business needs and improve overall efficiency.

  • Design and develop software based on documented specifications.

  • Provide system support to resolve technical issues, both during and outside business hours.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to define requirements.

  • Act as a Business Analyst on smaller projects.

  • Support integration of the ERP with surrounding systems, such as Salesforce.com and Big Commerce.

  • Maintain data integrity and administer third-party software as needed.

  • Attend ERP user group meetings and industry conferences.

  • Onboard new team members and provide exceptional customer service.

    Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

  • At least one year of experience in IT software development.

  • Preferably, prior experience with ERP development (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, D365, JDE, etc).

  • Solid experience with Microsoft SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.

  • Proficiency in C# programming and understanding of database systems.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
