Swift Beef Company, a JBS USA Subsidiary seeks an IT Manager Plant Floor Systems in Greeley, CO.
Duties: -Identifying and implementing solutions to continually enhance systems used manufacturing locations -Managing project pipelines, priorities, and staff -Providing specifications for technical enhancements -Promoting team-oriented relationship with IT Customers and peers -Providing reliable and timely interfaces to SAP cost, master data, distribution data -Documenting systems and processes -Technical documentation, process documents, and end user training -Work with Beef/Pork teams to understand current pain points and design solutions to meet the gap -Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience
Requires 3 years of experience with: -Beef/pork production -SAP -Creating and maintaining technical documentation, process documents and end user training -Project leadership with multi-site implementation -Project management.
Telecommuting permitted.
