-Professional Engineer or Certified Engineering Technologist -10+ years of experience in Upstream Oil and Gas operation, preferably onshore well pads, batteries and gathering systems -5-10 years of experience in the execution of maintenance management activities and working with asset management systems (SAP and Infor EAM preferred). -This would include work order management, development preventative maintenance plans, developing maintenance work instructions, execution of condition based and predictive maintenance programs -Experience in reliability analysis, investigations and developing improvement plans -Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting maintenance/reliability processes and workflows -Proven ability to work with cross functional teams -Must have a methodical and well-organized approach to the work environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines -Must have strong written and verbal communication skills -Self-motivated and able to influence and motivate others * Experience working in a team environment, team player Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
