CNC Operator - 3rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Pay Rate: $23.42/hr

We are seeking a competent CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will prepare and operate CNC machines to execute a variety of tasks with precision. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, focused, and able to ensure the quality production of parts.

What’s the Job?

• Prepare and operate CNC machines by loading proper tooling and material.

• Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to translate instructions into computer commands.

• Set up machines to complete full cycles and fabricate parts in large quantities.

• Supervise machine operations, making adjustments as needed.

• Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.

What’s Needed?

• Proven CNC operator experience is a plus.

• Skilled in operating CNC machinery, tooling, and precision measurement tools.

• Ability to read mechanical documents and drawings.

• Basic understanding of programming, CAD/CAM, and computer systems.

• Strong attention to detail, good math skills, and communication abilities.
