Job Description

Join our dynamic production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As part of the General Production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of parts produced or assembled across various stations. Your role involves conducting visual and gauge inspections of parts crafted through welding, pressing, milling, or other production processes, while adhering to production rates and efficiency requirements. With multiple shift start times available, and mandatory overtime including double-time pay on Sundays, this role is both challenging and rewarding.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large, fairly clean manufacturing facility that experiences temperature variations with the seasons. Comfortable working conditions are provided in fall and winter, while it can get hot during summer. The facility encompasses six different plants within a mile radius, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.
