Actalent QHS Coordinator in Grafton, Wisconsin

Job Title: QHS CoordinatorJob Description

The QHS Coordinator is accountable for compliance with EHS programs, including ISO and OHSAS, and adherence to all relevant regulations from government agencies. This role involves completing required regulatory reports, guiding and promoting safe work performance through the development of proactive EHS systems, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the QHS Coordinator will generate EHS performance metrics to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs. Responsibilities also include conducting or arranging necessary training for all employees and actively monitoring and assisting in the resolution of environmental, health, and safety issues.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Grafton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, maneuver through office, shop, warehouse, or manufacturing plant, and lift up to 35 pounds. The candidate must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, and must be fluent in English with the ability to respond to visual and oral cues.
