JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Varies Locations The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functions/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignments and to expose them to various areas within the Finance and Accounting area. Over the course of the internship, associates will complete work assignments to support Finance functions. This internship will provide associates and opportunity to gain better knowledge and experience across multiple Finance functions. Beyond the \"learn by doing\" training structure, our program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and Senior Finance leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leaders. Program Start and Duration: Fall (September-December) 2024 Spring (January-May) 2025 Summer (June-August) 2025 Responsibilities Perform daily Sales and Orders reporting and analysis activities Create data analysis directly related to business P&L and metrics Perform standard operational monthly reporting and support daily management of the business Build-out annual Cost-Roll analysis & support our Fixed Asset maintenance (forecasts, inventory, capitalizations) General ledger research and variance analysis Qualifications Student at an accredited university with studies in Finance and/or Accounting with expectations to graduate within 2 years Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills Flexible and willing to handle a dynamic work environment About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a \$6.5B publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
