Aerotek is hiring for premier company out of Goshen, IN

We are seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Lead to perform leadership, preventative, and reactive mechanical/electrical maintenance up to 480v 3-phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the 3rd shift team. The equipment you'll be working with includes saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, fitting/plumbing/pressure componentry, air compressors, and more.

3rd

9pm - 5:30am

Pay:

$28 - $36

-401k with 3% matching on 1st 6% (eligible after60 days of employment)

-PTO accrual: effective after 60 days as MB employee, 12hrs that accrued during this time will automatically hit for use, then accrue 6-hours/month which are available for use on the 1st of the following month. 1st of the following year 72 hours, first of the year after 88 hours.

-After 6-months as a MB employee your eligible for a 75% discount on cabinets
