Job Description:

Fluor Infrastructure BV is part of Fluor Corporation. An industry leader in design and construction of Infrastructure and Transportation projects.

Fluor meets global demand for major new transportation programs by providing high-value solutions for bridges, highways, rail, toll roads and transit systems using design-build execution and innovative financing delivery methods such as public-private partnerships (P3).

With increased global demand for new major transportation program, Fluor is capable of developing innovative solutions for large and complex construction projects.

For our upcoming projects in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Junior Cost Control.

In this role you will be responsible for Project Control activities and assists in the preparation of Project Controls activities for a project or assignment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in generating, checking, and analyzing data to ensure accuracy; maintain orderly records to provide audit trail data

• Use the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are entered correctly into the Project Controls systems in a consistent manner

• Develop cost reports format as required by internal or client requirements

• Prepare and update weekly work plans

• Assist in the preparation of specialty schedules, the project labor forecast, cash flows, Project Income Statements and performs profit recognition activities

• Analyze current schedule/cost trends and identify potential problem areas

• Other duties as assigned
