CAE USA INC GROUND INSTRUCTOR (TECHNICAL) in Gondia, India

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience : Prior teaching experience is highly desirable • Sound Knowledge of computers and applications

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for delivering instruction during ground training phase of initial and recurrent courses of CPL.

  • When required, responsible for assisting with courseware development for training programmes.

  • When required, responsible for keeping training material up to date and accurate

  • Any other duties as may be required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Should have a current CPL or higher license OR an ex-defense serviceman with relevant experience

  • Should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in his subject and possess excellent teaching skills involving use of all online and offline methods & aids

  • Should be an outstanding communicator and adopt / innovate flexible methods to impart teaching to trainees with qualifications ranging from 12th grade to graduation & post-graduation

  • Excellent classroom presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and oral in English

  • Sound Knowledge of computers and applications

    Complexity & creativity - Problem Solving:

  • Follows established procedures but the ability to adapt and innovate may be required.

  • Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement & customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.

  • Ability to respond to students’ questions in a positive and helpful manner by delivering an answer in a timely and understandable manner.

    Judgements & Decisions:

  • Scope to deal with some complex problems unsupervised.

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

  • Ability to assess student’s knowledge and determine if they have gained sufficient knowledge to pass the final exam
