We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Pentair Pool Sales Operations team in Golden Valley, MN. We are a market leader in pool and spa equipment, offering an innovative product portfolio that includes pumps, cloud-based automation systems, heating solutions, cleaners, filters, lights, and more! Reporting to the Sr Manager of Sales Operations & Analytics, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization conducting day-to-day business and executing the strategic priorities of the Pool business unit. This is an excellent opportunity to partner cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to directly impact business development and growth for this exciting and successful business! * You will work a hybrid work schedule for this role, with 3 days/week in-office in Golden Valley, MN. * #LI-Hybrid You will: Serve as a liaison between the Pentair Pool sales organization and the marketing/product teams. Facilitate easier interaction and engagement with the business, supporting with administrative tasks such as pricing communications, sales enablement related invoicing, Salesforce accessibility questions, contact information updates, and other business-related needs. Connect members of the sales organization to existing internal resources to further enhance customer engagement. Facilitate launches of major initiatives by tactically executing on strategy. Proactively gather qualitative feedback from sales team members to share with marketing & product teams. Maintain and execute basic Salesforce.com dashboards for the organization. Partner with the Sales Ops Manager on sales enablement tools such as training, Salesforce engagement, and continuous improvement projects. Key Qualifications: Have earned a bachelor's (B.S. or B.A.) degree. Have 2+ years of experience in a similar sales enablement or sales operations role. Strong communication skills and experience supporting or partnering with sales team members. Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize multiple tools, databases, and/or software to produce a variety of reports. Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results. Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and/or analysis.
