This position is for Lead of Field Quality which is part of the Quality Management department which is responsible for handling, control and repair of customer returned products and addressing customer complaints.

Major skills / abilities necessary for the role are,

  • Customer complaint handling / tracking.

  • Customer return devices and PCBA analysis and Internal CAPA initiation.

  • Report preparation / communication with customers / customer visits.

  • Knowledge of component level debugging, 8D report preparation, data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of six sigma is an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

● KPI monitoring and reporting

● Customer Complaint handling / Tracking

● Field Return PCBA / Device Tracking

● Support in Device debug, analysis and report preparation.

● Followup, Preparation of reports, communication / clarification to / from Siemens facilities within and outside india.

● Periodic review and revision of documents related to Field Quality for adequacy.

● Data collation & preparation of Presentation / Graphs for periodic Meetings / management communication.

● To initiate corrective actions for issues detected in field.

● Preparation of Quality reports related to field quality.

● Driving the root cause analysis across cross functional team for major customer related issues.

● Preparation of 8D reports and communication to customers.

● Interact with customer support team for all the customer related issues.

● Visit the Customer premises / installation site whenever required.
