Working closely with the maintenance team and facility operation team.

This role identifies the key driver for the TAR, establishing key dates for unit shutdown and startups.

TAR planning yearly base (Budget, duration).

TAR plan review by monthly base with supply chain team (Planned cost, plant specific business conditions, operation log book) .
每月同生产装置人员一起核查大修计划（包括费用计划、装置运行情况、操作调度日志）.
Hold a CI event to reduce planned work time/cost/resource.
组织持续性改进活动来减少维修计划的工作时间/费用/资源等）
Safety management for TAR.
负责大修的安全管理。
Pull together the TAR work scope – carry out risk assessment reviews, challenge process and approve the minimum work required to support the business objectives and the required TAR downtime length.
负责把大修工作内容整合到一起，进行风险评估，提出有效方案，并确定最小检修工作内容和需要的维修时间，以满足生产运行需要。
Scopes are preplanned and thought out logically. Scope documents are collected and work packages are developed. Detail work tasks are reviewed and sequenced, and steps required to complete each work package are logically laid out. Detailed schedules, definitive manpower and field support needs are completed, material requirements are finalized and outage dates are locked in.
负责合理预排检修工作范围。收集相关文件制订检修工作包。对工作任务进行详细的核查和排序，对完成维修工作的每一步都进行合理性研究，制订详细时间表、明确人力和现场支持、确定材料需求和停车日期。
Work with the Facility Manager & Production Manager to ensure that all required resources are identified and fully utilized to achieve the highest degree of effectiveness safely and at the lowest sustainable cost.
同装置经理和生产经理一起确定所有的资源，并确定这些资源被充分的使用，目的是用最小的花费来最安全高效地完成检修工作。
Ensure good safety and environmental plans, JSA, etc are in place for the scope of work in TAR. 确保大修中的各项工作都完成了安全和环境保护计划、现场工作安全危害分析等。 Prepare detailed integrated schedule and highlight critical path, utilizing scheduling spreadsheet to assure efficient utilization of maintenance resources to achieve the highest degree of effectiveness at the lowest sustainable cost.

Help to conduct post turnaround critique reviews to identify learning’s, shortfalls and improvement opportunities.
