Description

Mid to large wealth management firm in the Saratoga Springs area is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead a large team and direct operations of the division. Responsibilities include: oversee a team of wealth managers and help direct financial planning and wealth management operations; maximize operational efficiencies throughout the organization; maintain the highest levels of customer service for clients; develop staff; seek out business development opportunities; serve as a member of executive management. Relocation assistance is available for candidates with ties to the area.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a BA in Business or a related field and 10+ years of experience in the wealth management field at the Director, VP, Managing Director or similar level. Candidates should have experience managing and running a mid to large team and directing operations of a financial planning division.
