Traveling to site locations within the Greater Denver Area to Refresh, Troubleshoot, Repair & Install. Technician will travel to each specific location for Deskside support. Commute is paid hourly and with additional mileage Reimbursement.Never more then 2 site visits in a day. Schedule M-F with a start time of 7amResponsibilities will includeday-to-day technical support to employees ofnetwork infrastructure and internal desktop systems software/hardware. Responsible for executing specific technology assignments related to support, maintenance, analysis, installsand troubleshooting of end user technology in site locations. Provides hands-on support as necessary at the guidance of theNOC team (Network Operations Center)Effectively troubleshoots technical issues in person, utilizing existing tools. 30 day training on Corporate Systems after startRequired Qualifications and Experience:In depth knowledge of POS systems (a MUST)Familiarity with Reimaging & Data backupsTroubleshootingMonitor mounting & InstallationWi-Fi access pointsNetwork TasksNOC familiarity & Access PointsGood Customer Service & GreatCommunication SkillsCandidate must have own tools3+ years of IT experienceGood Driving RecordPOS ExperienceEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
