Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary

As a Logistics Warehouse General Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing Production Control and/or Warehousing activities at the site. You will provide direction to warehouse and production control teams, ensuring timely completion of required reporting and deliverables. Additionally, you will manage material receipt, storage, and issue processes, oversee warehouse layout planning, and maintain inventories.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction to warehouse and production control teams.

  • Ensure timely completion of required reporting and deliverables.

  • Receive, check in, and issue materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.

  • Plan warehouse layout and establish document files.

  • Prepare required documents and reports related to warehouse operations.

  • Maintain inventories and complete records accurately.

  • Ensure proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of project materials.

  • Control project-furnished small tools and third-party rentals.

  • Review production data for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Consult with senior management as needed and provide status reports.

  • Monitor production control personnel and processes to ensure adherence to protocols.

  • Ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions are entered and completed in GCSS-A.

  • Supervise and review work activities for accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Work under general supervision and make decisions based on judgment or precedent.

  • Perform complex assignments and fulfill broad responsibilities.

  • Coordinate the work of others and assist less experienced team members as needed.

  • Conduct Quality self-audits to ensure the operations in accordance with local policies and procedures contained in AR 710-2 and AR 735-5.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.

  • Requires an Associate's degree or above. A High School Diploma and an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor and 5 years of experience in supply activity functions specializing in warehouse operations.

  • Requires experience overseeing warehouse operations and/or production control activities.

  • Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping is required.

  • Must have strong communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.

  • Requires knowledge of the Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army), Post-Goods Issue Process, Turn-In Process, Put away actions, and Storage Support Functions.

  • Must have General Foreman Level Supply Support Activity and Military warehouse GCSS-Army experience.

  • Must have completed the Common Core and Supply Support Activity business area of GCSS-Army Training and Certification system (GTRAC).

  • Must have a valid State Driver’s License.

  • Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Familiarity with construction and maintenance processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work activities and lead a team effectively.

  • Military MOS 92A.
