How you’ll live your ambition:

From our Genoa offices, the E-Commerce Specialist will manage and optimize our pre-cruise digital platform (MyCosta) to achieve sales target ensuring an excellent Customer Experience. This role, located within our Digital & E-Commerce department , requires a blend of analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.

Demonstrate your passion

  • Maintain and update the eCommerce website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date, with a focus on achieving the REV results working on Conversion Rate Optimization, AoV and Penetration Rate Increase.

  • You’ll be involved in the content management creation regarding products, services and promotion.

  • Contribute to the digital marketing strategy by collaborating with CRM, OnBoard Revenue and UX/UI Teams providing active contribution on promotions, DEM workflows and new features to be addressed.

  • Analysis, data, and reporting are your natural habitat. You’ll monitor and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, conversion rates, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Being obsessed with Customer Experience, you’ll enhance the online shopping experience by improving website usability, ensuring mobile optimization, and implementing best practices for UX/UI design.

  • In a fast-paced business like ours, you’ll execute online promotions, discounts, and sales events to drive customer engagement and revenue.

  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels for online sales.

  • To ensure cohesive strategies and smooth operations, you’ll collaborate closely with the Markets, CRM, Brand, OnBoard Revenue, and IT teams.

  • We are passionate about innovations and new trends, and we hope you can keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

What makes you unique :

  • Your journey includes relevant experiences (3+ years of experience) in eCommerce or a related role.

  • University studies in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field have been your starting point.

  • Thanks to your experience, you have acquired a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce is a plus) and CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus), as well as proficiency in SEO, SEM, and online advertising.

  • You have a data-driven approach and experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus).

  • Familiarity with web design principles.

  • Given the many opportunities for collaboration, we expect you to have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
