Job Description

As People Services Representative in our incipient People & Culture Global HR Shared Center based in Gdansk, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HR support to our employees and setting the foundation to grow our Global team. Additionally, working at Dynatrace, you will be part of our dynamic and innovative cloud solutions organization, and you will be a key player in developing and fostering a positive work environment and ensuring seamless People Operations across the globe.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquieries and concerns with a customer-centric approach

  • Assist in resolving employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture

  • Provide advisory to employees in all aspects of benefits, maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, sickness absence and annual leave

  • Support the delivery of core HR processes and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle

  • Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to implement and maintain HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations

  • Support the transition of people processes and operations into the Global HR Shared Center

  • Stay on top of HR trends and best practices to identify areas for process improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition during organizational changes, special projects, system implementations, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR practitioner

  • Familiarity with HR practices, including employment laws and regulations (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in English language, both verbally as written to be used in business contexts

  • MS Office Suite

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
