Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

Office Location: Office based at client site (Poland, Gdansk)

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Facilities Manager provides overall leadership to services and provisions in their region. Responsible for the Service delivery of full FM services, Quality Management System and Health & Safety as instructed by the EMEA Operations Lead.

  • Establish effective lines of communication with the Client and customers across the region, ensuring service standards exceed expectations. Develop Client relationship to grow the business across the region where opportunities arise, and co-ordinate regular reviews between customers and CBRE to enhance the client relationship.

  • The role requires a team player that will fully integrate with the rest of the regional and global account team and actively contribute to the account deliverables and KPIs.

  • Manage the performance of FM delivery through effective self-delivery and the efficient management of supply-chain partners for outsourced services. Manage and motivate the delivery teams across the region through regular team meetings and effective performance management techniques.

  • Participate / contribute to the wider CBRE through collaboration with other account leaders and attendance in meetings (Chapter, Divisional etc.) to represent account and ensure full compliance with Company goals & objectives.

  • Be commercially responsible for the performance of the account within region. Develop annual budgets and proactively manage performance against budget. Constantly explore opportunities for further service penetration on the account.

  • The Regional Facilities Manager will actively support the EMEA Lead in developing strategies on service efficiencies, space management and other initiatives.

  • Be accountable and responsible for all Hard and soft service lines and ensue all services provided are resourced and maintained to a high standard, perform to the agreed service level, meet the Client’s needs and operate within the CBRE Quality system. Carry out spot checks, audits and planned inspections of services undertaken by Vendors to ensure they meet the applicable standards.

  • Approve Vendor invoices and other documentation in accordance with agreed guidelines and procedures.

  • Conduct Vendor review meetings on a regular

  • Responsible for developing and manage annual OPEX & FM related CAPEX budgets in managed locations.

  • Responsible for presenting budgets and supporting budget presentations with the client.

  • Ensure that any moves & changes are undertaken on time

  • Management of Health & Safety for sites ensuring best practice and statutory compliance met.

  • Maintain overall responsibility for general H & S inline with CBRE logbook management

  • Management and control of sub-contractors.

  • Line Management of AFM’s, Facilities Coordinators and Receptionists

  • Development, support & continual improvement of team performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • Essential education and professional qualification necessary for successful job performance.

  • Proven track record in multi-site management within the Financial Services sector with strong commercial and client management acumen.

  • Demonstrated leadership, team management skills, cultural sensitivity and entrepreneurial proficiency.

  • Analytically minded, financially and numerically skilled, with the ability to review and prepare complex financial reports.

  • Proficient in common application software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with strong presentation skills
