II. POSITION’S GOAL 

The Director of PPC is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the organization's PPC strategy to drive targeted traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize ad spending to achieve maximum ROI. This role requires a strategic leader who can innovate and integrate advanced PPC practices and technologies, manage a team of PPC professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with business goals. 

III. KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

DAILY: 

Oversee PPC campaign management across multiple platforms. 

Strategize with PPC managers and specialists to refine campaigns and targeting. 

Lead initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning in PPC campaigns. 

Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic direction for optimization. 

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth. 

Conduct high-level meetings with marketing, sales, and technology teams. 

MONTHLY: 

Review and analyze campaign performance reports to identify trends and insights. 

Prepare and present performance dashboards to executive leadership. 

Strategize budget allocation and bidding strategies for optimal use of resources. 

QUARTERLY: 

Lead quarterly reviews of PPC strategies and performance. 

Spearhead the adoption of new PPC technologies and platforms. 

Conduct strategic planning sessions to align PPC goals with marketing objectives. 

SEMI-ANNUALLY: 

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 

Participate in industry conferences and workshops to stay ahead of trends.

IX. JOB PROFILE 

General Characteristics: 

Location: Remote 

Salary Range: $1800 - $2000 per month

Education & Areas of Expertise: 

Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Essential) 

Complementary Studies: Data Analytics, Technology Management (Preferred) 

Internal Tests: PPC proficiency test and Kolbe Assessment 

Minimum Experience: At least 5 years in PPC management, with 2+ years in a leadership role 

Tech Requirements: 

PC Specifications: Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 or greater, Memory: 16GB RAM or greater 

Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds 

Other: High-quality noise-cancelling headset, HD web camera
