Job Title: AGV (Automatic Guide Vehicle) Maintenance Technician

Department: Maintenance

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Work Schedule: A shift

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

The AGV Maintenance Technician will repair and maintain the site AGVs and carts in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

;; Must be able to repair and perform preventative maintenance on AGVs and carts.

;; Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure the cost and down time of equipment is minimized.

;; Must be proficient and able to safely use hand or electronic tools.

;; Must be able to read basic schematics and follow repair instructions.

;; Must have good verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise reporting of repair updates into the Site CMMS.

;; Must perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:

;; Must have a minimum of one year experience in auto mechanic or industrial equipment repair.

Working Conditions:

The AGV Maintenance Technicians work in a reasonably clean production environments under intermittent supervision. Exposure to heavy machinery, noise, lubricants fluid will be constant. Seasonal weather variations may result in frequent exposure to hot or cold working conditions. Seasonal production peaks may result in high stress levels due to the demand for high levels of consistent and timely performance. The AGV Maintenance Technician also works with frequent distractions/interruptions. Physical exertion such as pushing, pulling or heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds is frequent; walking and standing is also frequent
