Lighthouse team members work to transform public education in Northwest Indiana!!
We are currently seeking an innovative, energetic and committed School Aides to join us for the2022-2023 school year.School Aidepositions pay$10-$12 per hourworked, but paid as an annual salary so thatsummers and breaks are paid, andqualify Aides for our full benefits package!
School Aides help our schools run smoothly by helping with various duities including:
Support with arrival
Support with recess supervision
Support with lunch supervision
Make copies
Support in the office as needed
Support in assigned classrooms to support severely struggling students
Support with dismissal
Other duties as assigned

Gary Lighthouse Charter School: Primary Academy is an established K-3rd grade school striving to make positive changes in public education in Northwest Indiana.
We are currently collecting resumes for teaching candidates interested inSchool Aidepositions for the 2021-2022 school year.

Skills & Requirements
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Some prior experience in a school setting preferred
Strong desire to work within an innovative, urban educational program
Ability to be flexible and fill numerous different roles, possibly all in one day
Be a great team player, and coworker
Enjoy working in a busy, fun environment with scholars
Must be able to pass a background check
