Location: Gallarate – Hybrid (3 days at the Office)

Responsibilities

The continuous delivery team members are making sure to distribute the latest version of customer applications, maintaining the automated and continuous delivery architecture built with DevOps as well as improving the processes in an agile approach and continuous improvement mindset.

As part of the delivery of the application, this position also requires configuration and development tasks within our products to provide a ready to use application package fitted on the end-users needs.

Technical Skills

• AVEVA System Platform Products: Professional knowledge and proven experience with AVEVA Products: - System Platform - Historian- Insight

• Continuous Delivery - Experience with DevOps pipelines (classic and YAML). - Proficient in at least one scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Shell, Python- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL language query skill.- Azure Cloud Platforms knowledgeA plus would be considered for coding language proven experience in any of the following: VB, VB.NET, .NET C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Typescript.

• Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze them, and develop effective solutions. This implies the proficiencies on critical and analytical thinking.

• Team Player Strong “team-working” attitude is a key aspect for our team with effective adaptability to take responsibility aiming to work towards collaboration and mutual understanding and with coworkers. Sided by “attention to detail” skill which becomes crucial for effectiveness and efficiency: being organized, consistent, focused on high quality and accuracy.

• Customer Oriented Focus on Customer needs, with experience in a technical customer-facing role such as tier 3 support engineer.

• Continuous Learning Passion for learning new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.

• Communication Skills Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members, understanding client requirements and documenting.
