Job Title: Production Worker I

Job Description

A manufacturing company for premium labels is seeking a Production Worker Level 1. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment to produce rolls of material (labels) and ensuring they meet the desired unwind position as per specifications. The worker will continuously check for print and seam quality, remove defective material, and splice the roll web back together following specifications. Utilization of tools such as rulers, safety knives, and hole punches is necessary during splicing procedures and other tasks. The role also involves handling and palletizing rolls to prevent damage, recording and entering data on designated paperwork and company systems, and participating in special projects and other assigned duties.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Fullerton, California.

Work Environment

A manufacturing site with 150+ employees. The environment includes loud machinery, requiring the use of hair nets, beard nets, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel-toed shoes. A back safety belt and steel-toed shoes are mandatory, and wearing jewelry is prohibited. The position offers two shifts: AM Shift - 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday-Thursday, and PM Shift - 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday-Thursday.
