Description:

・各部署の運営マニュアルに基づき年次レビューを実施して変更を正確に反映する

・I.Sシステムで必要な消耗品の管理

・最新のシステム、ソフトウェアを維持する

・ビジネスプランを支援し、ホテルの部門ごとのビジネス目標と従業員のニーズを反映するために尽力する

・新しい技術や設備を受け入れ、生産性を向上させるよう努める

・ホテルのI.Sシステムハードウェア、モジュール、コンピューターの操作のサポートを行う

・全ての領域で生産性を最大化し、オーバーヘッド費用を最小限に抑えるために、ホテルマネジメントに対して技術的な支援とアドバイスを提供します。

・システムや機器の修理と返却をタイムリーに調整します。

・すべてのI.S.システムでデータのバックアップを確実にする手順を確立し、実施する。

・ハードウェアまたはソフトウェアの障害によって破損したデータの迅速な再構築

・システム障害が発生した場合に、ホテルの運営を継続するための緊急手順の設定

・I.S.システムに関するマニュアルをスタッフに提供する

・必要なセキュリティ対策の確立

・監査担当の支援

・各部署と協力し、管理に適したクリーンな関連データベースの設定および維持

・PCIに関連するすべてのコンプライアンスを監視し、必要に応じて脆弱性評価を実施し、必要な修復を行う

・チームのパフォーマンスを上げるためにディスカッションを行い、成長をサポート

・効果的なトレーニングプログラムの作成、計画、提案および実施を支援

・ハイアットの価値観に沿って行動する

•Conduct annual reviews based on the operating manuals of each department and accurately reflect changes.

•Manage consumables required in the I.S. system.

•Maintain the latest systems and software.

•Strive to support business plans and reflect the business goals of each department and the needs of employees.

•Work to accept new technologies and equipment to improve productivity.

•Support the operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, modules, and computers.

•Provide technical support and advice to hotel management to maximize productivity in all areas and minimize overhead costs.

•Timely adjustment of repairs and returns of systems and equipment.

•Establish and implement procedures to ensure data backup for all I.S. systems.

•Rapid reconstruction of data damaged by hardware or software failures.

•Set emergency procedures to continue hotel operations in the event of a system failure.

•Provide staff with manuals related to I.S. systems.

•Establish necessary security measures.

•Support the audit department.

•Collaborate with each department to set up and maintain clean related databases suitable for management.

•Monitor all compliance related to PCI, conduct vulnerability assessments as necessary, and perform necessary repairs.

•Conduct discussions to support growth and raise team performance.

•Support the creation, planning, proposal, and implementation of effective training programs.

•Act in accordance with Hyatt’s values.

Qualifications:

IT関連業務における経験3年以上

ホテルでのIT部門マネジャーの経験をお持ちの方

ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力をお持ちの方
