エグゼクティブラウンジのシフトリーダーは、ヒルトンブランドの基準に従って、すべてのお客様に一貫した質の高いカスタマーサービスを提供できるよう、指導とリーダーシップを発揮します。

どのような仕事をするのですか？

エグゼクティブラウンジのシフトリーダーとして、以下の業務を最高水準で遂行する責任があります：

- エグゼクティブラウンジのすべての運営面に参加し、ラウンジおよびゲストサービス担当者の活動を監督し、すべてのお客様に最高水準のパーソナルサービスを提供する。

- VIPや特別なゲストをお迎えし、重要なゲストとして認識されるようエスコートする。

- 予約、ゲストの履歴、ゲストのリクエストに従って客室を割り当て、ゲストが快適に過ごせるよう客室の点検を行う。

- ゲストの満足度を高めるため、表敬訪問を行い、ゲストからのすべての提案、苦情、賛辞を日誌に記録する。

- 当日のエグゼクティブラウンジの客室状況やボードルームの予約状況を注意深くチェックし、ゲストのリクエストに応えられないことがないようにする。

- ゲストの安全とプライバシーを守るため、異変や不審者に注意し、マネージャーまたはセキュリティに報告する。

- エグゼクティブラウンジの円滑な運営を確保するため、ハウスキーピングや飲食部門との調整を行う。

- 部下や新入社員がサービス基準を満たすようにトレーニングを行う。

- その他、上司から指示された業務をフォローする。

What are we looking for?

An Executive Lounge Shift Leader serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in a 5-star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience.

• Good communication, organization and coordination skills.

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

• Able to maintain excellent relations with team members.

• Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.

• Understand basic spoken English and Japanese to meet business needs.

• Familiar with computer systems preferred.
