JOB SUMMARY

Coordinate management of all master data files, in the JDE environment, for the QCD distribution operations. This includes, but is not limited to, customer master files, vendor master files (both product and service vendors), and inventory master files. This position has some client interaction and requires a high degree of attention to detail. Any prior experience involving data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinates and collaborates with vendors, customers, QCD finance, and QCD distribution centers to maintain product vendor, product inventory, and customer data for all QCD distribution operations using the JDE Enterprise One application

  • Collects and disseminates accurate and updated information related to JDE master data related to customers, products and vendors

  • Promotion Support – Data management includes changes required to support promotional driven activity

  • Participates in meetings and on teams to enhance internal communication as well as contribute to establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for master data record keeping

  • Evaluate effectiveness of master records maintenance and quality of information

  • Assists in ensuring compliance with customer directed and QCD internal policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to master record files

  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:

Education/Certification:

AA degree in materials/logistics management, business administration or communications from an accredited vocational, technical, or community college

Experience:

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and tables

  • Confidence working with Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, etc.) Macro and VBA experience is a plus

  • Effective communication skills with internal and external customers

    Preferable:

  • JDE Enterprise One version 9.1/9.2 experience

  • Any data consolidation and conversion experience in JD Edwards

  • Any SQL knowledge

  • Self-starter with a mindset for continuous improvement
