Scheduled Weekly Hours:0 Job Description: Job Summary and Purpose: Coordinates and administers Physical Therapy care to patients which involves assessment of the patient\'s physical and psychosocial needs; planning development and implementation of a multidisciplinary plan of care; and evaluation of the patient\'s response to care. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy. Current licensure as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months. No physical therapy work experience required.
