Trinity Health Administrative Assistant, FT 80 Quality Resource in Fresno, California

Description:

Reporting to the Director Quality & Accreditation, Quality Resource, this position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities and providing project support for Quality, Safety, Accreditation, Risk Management, Compliance and Privacy. This includes supporting the activities and projects of the departmental directors and staff of the respective departments. The incumbent will also report to the Local Integrity Officer.

  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  2. Two years of college or business school is preferred.

  3. Five years project support experience within a medical setting, proficient computer skills, ability to accurately type at least 60 wpm, and experience with Microsoft products (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) is required.

  4. Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

  5. Familiarity with legal and regulatory terminology is preferred.

  6. Strong time management and organization abilities, strong oral and written communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, the ability to record minutes accurately during meetings, and the ability to take on multiple tasks and work effectively, independently and as part of a team are required.

Pay Range ($23.13 - $31.23)
