The Fremont Menards store is looking to fill our Manager Trainee positions. This program is an entry-level management program preparing you to jump start your career in retail management with Menards. Manager Trainees participate in a 12 week, on the job program. You will rotate through five departments of the store, gaining knowledge and exposure, which will then help in appling your manager techniques. Upon successful completion of the program, along with your willingness to relocate, the Manager Trainees will be ready to move on and take their first step into Management.
