Our client is seeking an Inventory Demand Planner and you'll be responsible for forecasting future demand for our core items, promotions, seasonal products and new arrivals.

Required:

• 1+ year of experience

• Excel skills, SQL nice to have

• Understanding of inventory management

3 month contract with possible extension and conversion!!!!

location: FREMONT, California

salary: $32.00 - 38.46 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Provide daily guidance and oversight to the category while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Identify and analyze demand forecast risks; develop mitigation plans for optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction.

• Regularly plan and update forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions, and new regions.

• Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues promptly and accurately; maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.

• Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives; provide routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports to management.

• Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse through effective inventory planning, collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal delivery performance.
