Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Delivery Associate to join our team, handling the receiving and dispatching of packages. This role involves working a consistent 30-hour weekly schedule from Sunday to Thursday, with shift options of 10am-4pm or 4:30pm. The associate will be responsible for managing package deliveries with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Tasks include unloading and staging packages from delivery trucks and dispatching them to Flex Driver Partners during dispatch hours.

Hard Skills

• Ability to manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer package deliveries

• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently tilt, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

• Stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shifts

• Proficient in receiving, dispatching, and interacting with packages and delivery drivers

• Skilled in scanning packages and using a laptop for communication and recording operations

Soft Skills

• Experience as a delivery associate/manager for over 2 years

• Delivery operations experience

Work Environment

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor areas, which are not climate-controlled. This position requires flexibility to work in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
