Patient Care Technician
Freeman Regional Health Services in Freeman, SD is seeking a full-time, part-time, or PRN Patient Care Technician at our critical access hospital.
Responsibilities: Provide basic patient health care and daily living assistance, maintain a clean work environment in assigned areas, prepare medical equipment and conduct documentation.
Schedule: Work 12-hour day/night rotations, full-time, part-time, or PRN available, including weekend and holiday rotation.
Requirements:
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not required at hire. CNA certification is expected to be obtained within 6 months of hire (FRHS will assist with this process).
Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
