Residential Rehabilitation Program{rel="noopener" target="_blank"}(RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will beresponsible for the management of program areas,including the delivery of services and supervision of staff.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Monitoringsmooth day-to-day operations.
- Implementing and maintainingsystems for continuous quality improvement.
- Assessing, coordinating, and implementing direct supportservice needs of clients.
- Participating in the hiring, training, and theongoing supervision and evaluation of staff.
- Monitoringprogram budget.
- Ensuringcompliancewith applicable licensing, regulatory, funding, and accrediting bodies.
- Establishing andmaintaining positive relationshipswith clients, support systems, and partner service providers.

What we need from you.
- High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
- Two years of positively referenced experience, supervisory experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Requires on-call flexibility.
