Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are in search of a Production Worker to operate various pieces of equipment to fabricate glass to customer specifications. In this role, you will handle the cutting table, window insulated glass line, polisher, water jet, workstation, and overhead cranes. Your responsibilities will also include unloading, crating, and loading process of incoming materials and finished products by hand or overhead crane. You will be expected to operate machines and handle CNC operations.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Frederick, Maryland.

Work Environment

You will be working in a production/manufacturing environment with hours from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is the potential for overtime and occasional Saturdays. Lunch breaks are unpaid for half an hour. Dress code includes jeans, steel toes, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and protective sleeves. PPE except for steel toes are provided by us. After being hired permanently, we will provide steel toes once a year. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in winter. Time keeping will be managed on individual time clocks.
