Mobile crisis services inFrederick County{rel="noopener" target="_blank"}are designed for individuals of any age who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Our team provides in-person crisis intervention and referrals to appropriate services and resources.
What to expect.
This is a direct care opportunity torespond to crisis calls that require face-to-face interventionwith individuals and families in the community.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Receiving referrals for mobile response andresponding directly to the individual(s) in crisis for assessment and acute stabilization.
- Implementingshort-term follow-up plans or stabilization and transition plansas developed by the mobile crisis clinician.
- Developing and maintaining professional relationshipswith individuals, their support system, first responders, Sheppard Pratt staff, and community support agencies.

What we need from you.
- Possession of one of the following:
- An associate degree in a human services field.
- A bachelors degree in a human services field.
- A Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) certificate.
- Positively referenced and relevant work experience.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
