Residential Rehabilitation Program{rel="noopener" target="_blank"}(RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. You will overseemedication managementfor clients,train staffin medication monitoring procedures,assess for potential crisis,andimplement crisis interventionactions as appropriate.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Providing transportation to andattending clients medical appointments, as necessary. You will ensure client understanding and proper follow-up of prescribed medications.
- Developing medication plansfor all clients receiving services.
- Providingeducation and linkage to clients regarding medicationand health services.
- Counseling clients on thepotential side effectsof medication.

What we need from you.
- A high school diploma or GED. Bachelors preferred.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Knowledge of medications, side effects, therapeutic effects, and the ability to effectively communicate this knowledge.
