Description:

• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment including electrical, plumbing, building automation, and HVAC systems.

• Develop working knowledge of equipment, brands, and systems that are key in the functionality of the building.

• Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule created by facilities management team.

• Will be working on equipment including but not limited to, boilers, generators, autoclaves, air handlers, cooling towers, chillers, VAV's, and BMS.

• Will monitor critical equipment and respond to alarms in a timely manner.

• Must keep up to date maintneance records in CMMS.

• Maintain records of building operations repairs parts and equipment.

• Take and log meter readings daily.

Available Shifts:

• Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm

• Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm

Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or GED

• 3-5 years of commercial building maintenance experience required

• Must have CFC

• Must be able to lift 40lbs without assistance

• Must have a valid drivers license
