ALL SEASONS TEMPORARIES INC. Automotive Title Clerk in Franklin, Pennsylvania
HOURS OF OPERATION:
- Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm
WAGE:
- $17-$20/Hr. Non- Exempt
DESCRIPTION:
- Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Prepares tax and title documents
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications
- Check for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete and correct
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area at all times
- Accounts Payable/ Accounts receivable
- General office duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass pre- employment screening
- Must have title work experience
- Must have a notary license
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Excel
- Must have good Customer service skills
