Description

Our client is in search of a Controller to join their team located in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in the outdoor products / manufacturing industry. As a Controller you will:

· Assume a hands-on role in the overall management of the company's financial data and operations. The Controller will have day-to-day responsibility for planning, controlling, managing and executing the finance operations activities of the company.

· Be responsible for and manage up to 4 direct reports including Sr Accountant, Jr Accountant, A/P Clerk, FP& A Analyst.

· Be a foundational resource for and a member of the core management team. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing repeatable and scalable financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hands-on accounting/finance roles; 2-3+ in Controller level/Management seat

• Manufacturing industry experience is a must

• Ideally strong in cost functions, job costing, WHIP, P& L, Variances, etc.

• Well-versed in navigating ERP systems, they utilize Sage 100

• Right candidate will have a hands-on approach – not just a delegator. Not afraid to implement processes and drive operational efficiencies
