• $200 after 30 Days
• $400 after 90 Days
• $400 after 120 days

*Work Schedules *

• 1st shift  (6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift ( 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
• 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am or 11:00pm-7:30am) 
• Must be available for Overtime during the week and possible weekends

Bonus Programs that add extra $$ to your pay check

$15.50 per hour for 1st shift  ** Bonus $1 per hour

$16.00 per hour for 2nd shift **Bonus $1 per hour

$16.50 per hour for 3rd shift **Bonus $1 per hour

Long Term Temp position - must be able to commit to 1 year assignment *Machine Operation/Parts Handler *Load & unload small 3-7lb automotive parts from machines/robotic conveyor belt process *assist with washing/deburring of parts *replenish electronic assembly process with parts *ability to read data in English on computer screen *ability to write in English to maintain counts & quality detail regarding line *Attention to detail & Quality control *Safety conscious attitude required - safety glasses, hairnets & lab coat or uniform provided *Will require repetitive motion as well as bending and stooping *Job rotations will occur so flexibility needed *Ability to stand on cement floor for 8 hr shift + overtime *good hand/eye coordination needed *H.S. diploma preferred *Background Check & 5 panel Drug screen required *No smoking or weapons (regardless of permit) allowed on property *no solicitation allowed  *reliability required as attendance policy adhered to *Full day paid orientation *will punch in and out on timeclock and customer will send time to Kelly
