Insight Global Financial Analyst in Fountain Valley, California

Job Description

A large automotive information technology organization is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting in conducting reviews of Statements of Work to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with team members to analyze project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements for accurate financial projections. Support in validating financial assumptions and identifying potential risks associated with project finances. Support the routing process of Statements of Work by facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring timely approvals. Monitor the progress of SOWs through approval stages and assist in resolving any routing issues or delays. Maintain accurate documentation of SOW routing activities for record-keeping and compliance purposes. Provide responsive support to project managers regarding financial planning inquiries and assistance. Assist in communicating financial updates, changes, and clarifications to project managers in a clear and timely manner. Collaborate with project managers to address financial challenges and optimize project financial performance. Support the management of SAP Project Systems (PS) module, including data entry, configuration, and maintenance tasks. Assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the SAP PS module. Provide basic training and guidance to users on SAP PS functionality and processes.

  

This is a hybrid role, primarily located in Fountain Valley, CA, with flexibility for 3 days remote work.

Skills and Requirements

3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience with SAP PS/Oracle Module Management

Experience with SOW Financial Planning Review/Milestone Routing

Experience supporting and communicating with Project Managers

Strong attention detail and organizational skills Korean Bilingual null
