This position will report to the Fort Worth, Texas F-35 Classified Cybersecurity Subcontract and Compliance Manager.

As a F-35 Classified Cybersecurity Subcontract Management & Security Tool team member the candidate will be supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) and you will ensure classified Information Systems (IS) meet cybersecurity requirements and government directives.

Interpret the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

You will assist in guiding, assessing, educating and tracking F-35 Classified Subcontractors and all of their Classified Cybersecurity requests. Assist in conducting evaluations and performing reviews of accreditation documentation, and program critical approvals. Assist the coordination with Subcontract Management, Program Managers, Buyers/Suppliers, as well as the USG approving officials to address program priorities and potential efficiencies within the Cybersecurity Approval Process.

Accompany USG Security Control Assessors on supplier system assessments. You will assist in documenting areas for improvement, identify common issues, and provide guidance to the community.

Additionally you will support the F-35 Compliance team lead to conduct local evaluations of the F-35 security posture and overall adherence to approved policies and procedures. You will assist in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require extensive technical expertise and ingenuity.

Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.

Perform system vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, media management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.

Provide cybersecurity education and training for all system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

Represent the organization as a Subject Matter Expert in Information Assurance requirements.

Perform other associated duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Possess a minimal DoD 8140 IAM Level I

certification (i.e. Security + CE, GSLC)

Experience supporting Special Access Required

(SAR) environments

Experience as an ISSO.

Desired Skills:

Organizational and tracking skills.

Experience working DAOs and SCAs on approvals.

Experience conducting computer system or environment assessments.

Understanding of the RMF / JSIG controls, and means to implement them.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
