Lockheed Martin F-16 Capture Program Integrator - Level 4 in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Integrator for the F-16 program captures and Engineering Proposal Requests (EPRs). The candidate will work with the Capture Program Managers, assisting in day-to-day campaign activities and plan for program execution. Candidate will manage or support several F-16 campaign opportunities to include aircraft development, production, and sustainment contracts, as well as spares & repairs Basic Ordering Agreements (BOA). Candidate will provide a comprehensive program oversight to ensure that all program activities are planned and implemented to support campaign strategies & achieve 100% on time delivery of LM Aero deliverables. The candidate will be expected to coordinate the preparation of proposals, proposal work statements (SOWs and SSOWs), schedules, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. The candidate will also be required to make Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) business decisions and manage subcontractors/LM partners to support capture of new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher

- Experience in Program/Project Management

- Domestic / International customer-facing experience, including FMS or DCS experience

- Experience managing and analyzing financial data

- Experience defining program requirements to meet customer needs (SOW/SSOW Development)

- Experience planning for / scheduling short and long-term deliverables, customer meetings, and internal reviews

Desired Skills:

- Strong public speaking and executive-level presentation skills

- Advanced Degree in a relevant field

- Program Management Development Program (PMDP) or other Lockheed Martin development program participation

- Ability to lead teams effectively through influence and informal authority

- Ability to Perform with Excellence in a fast-paced environment

- Protocol training / experience

- Current US DoD Security Clearance (Investigation within last five years)

- Active Secret Clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
