Job Description

One of the fastest-growing convenience store operators in the US is seeking an experienced and well-organized Corporate Controller to direct all aspects of its corporate and consolidated reporting functions in Fort Worth, TX. The Corporate Controller will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the accurate and timely submission of all financial reporting obligations. Corporate Controller will be a highly-motivated financial professional who thrives in a collaborative and faced-paced environment. This role requires demonstrated experience preparing consolidated financial statements and associated disclosures, implementing and managing internal controls, and the production of management and lender reporting.

Skills and Requirements

• CPA certified (can be expired)

• 10 years of Accounting experience

• 3+ years experience in a supervisory role - preferred Assistant Controller or Corporate Controller

• Experience working for a public company or public accounting firm

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Previous convenient store or consumer retail experience

Public accounting experience (Big 4)

PDI or similar ERP experience null
