Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Responsibilities Maintain operational readiness of intelligence forces through effective data management, strategic assessments, and team leadership as a Senior Specialist and Readiness Team Lead with the Training and Readiness Branch (TREX), ACofS G3, HQ INSCOM. Oversee the collection and analysis of readiness data, prepare various communications and documents, and coordinate with multiple agencies to ensure operational readiness. Manage the monthly readiness review process, contribute to strategic readiness assessments, and make informed decisions to comply with operational directives. Provide leadership and direction to the Readiness Team, manage resources and workload, and evaluate team performance. Specialized experience is defined as experience analyzing readiness data and/or monitoring the Readiness Reporting System. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS-12).
